Scope of Work

Project Scope of Work consisted of exterior improvements to an existing 5-building commercial office complex (approx. 60k sf), exterior demolition of exterior skin and wood elements, new stucco/paint, new architectural elements at façade areas, new railings throughout, new exterior walkway finishes, new garage enclosure doors, new asphalt overlay + curb work, new sidewalks throughout, and other general exterior updates throughout the buildings.
