Scope of Work

12,000sf New Construction of Indoor Rock-Climbing Facility – Scope of Work consisted of new construction of a metal building structures with elements reaching 65’ in height, complete pile-cap and hydro-static slab foundation system with retaining wall at floor level, new interior rock-climbing structures mimicking famous mountain-climbing areas in the United States, new restrooms, new office areas, specialty flooring, exterior civil work, fire suppression system, and a full HVAC system throughout the facility.
