Project Scope of Work consisted of interior improvements to an existing interior Class ‘A’ office buildings (approx. 12k sf), interior demolition, construction barrier walls, new partitions and distribution for conference rooms and new private offices, custom wood doors, new breakroom areas, interior finishes throughout, corresponding mechanical, electrical, and plumbing items.
