Scope of Work

5,000sf Single Family home. Scope of Work consisted of the construction of a new Single Family home in Pinecrest, Florida. Project featured custom finishes throughout, complete smart home elements provided by a Control 4 System, pool renovation, exterior entry gate, full back-up generator system, 10’ tall hurricane impact glazing throughout the home, and exotic wood elements on the exterior of the home.
