Project Scope of Work consisted of interior/exterior demolition of former restaurant space (2k sf), new storefront + structural exterior wall, new mechanical/electrical/plumbing, new interior finishes throughout, interior glazing, millwork, acoustical ceiling work, and coordination of all owner-provided vendors.
