Scope of Work
Project scope of work consisted of the exterior remodel of seven (7) retail buildings at existing shopping center. All buildings on the property to receive new exterior façades. Work included repairs to parapets, roof replacement at several buildings, new walkway lighting, refreshed rooftop equipment stands and electrical work, storefront painting, and site work.
