Scope of Work
Project scope of work consisted of new construction of a 3,500sf fleet maintenance building. The facility includes full back-up generator power, exhaust extractors, LED lighting, epoxy floors, oil pit containment/disposal room, 16’ tall impact-rated garage doors, technician’s office, compressed-air system, and a restroom with lockers.
