Scope of Work

Scope of Work consisted of a major exterior renovation of existing retail shopping center, structural demolition of building and interior concrete mezzanine area, structural modifications to exterior façade for new elevations, new hurricane impact-rated storefront system throughout all tenant spaces, new roofing throughout center, new interior insulation at DD’s retail space, walkway improvements, new fire line/utilities work as applicable.
